The Ashanti Regional NPP chairman, Bernard Antwi-Bosiako says the Black Stars will play at the World Cup final under the leadership of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as next president of the Republic Ghana.
Chairman Wontumi, believes that newly-elected flagbearer has good vision for sports which has led to the construction of over 180 astroturfs in the country.
“Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is an action man. He is going to create employment for the youth,” He told Adom FM.
“He is the brain behind NABCO, which was meant to help alleviate youth unemployment.
“It’s almost like when you go to every district, there are astroturfs; when we came to power, there were only two, but now there are about 180 nationwide.”
The current Vice President will lead the NPP as a flagbearer in the 2024 elections after defeating Kennedy Agyapong in the just ended primaries.
