Defender Rich Sackey’s first-half header gave Aduana FC a 1-0 victory against Vision FC in the Ghana Premier League campaign.
The hosts dominated the entire first half with an advantage, as Sackey netted a header from Kwadwo Amoako’s corner cross in the 10th minute at the Nana Agyemang Badu Stadium in Dormaa.
The visitors came back fighting for the equalizer, but the hosts’ backline looked well-organized.
Vision FC’s Frank Duku came close to scoring, but Sackey cleared his backline with a decent clearance.
Aduana FC moved to 11th position in the league table with 32 points after the win, as they prepare to face Karela United in their next league fixture.
Vision FC are 14th with 28 points after week 25 and will host Hearts of Oak at the Nii Adjei Kraku Stadium in Tema next week.
