Ghana Premier League: Medeama throw away a two-goal lead in draw at Aduana FC

Medeama SC threw away two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at Aduana FC at the Nana Agyemang Badu I Park in a rescheduled Premier League match on Monday Morning.

The match day 8 had to be called off on Sunday October 27, 2024, due to a heavy downpour with the score tied at 2-2 in an entertaining match.

Medeama were two goals up until the 75th minute when Aduana FC pulled one back and scored again to make it 2-2 in the 77th minute.

The game had to be called off three minute to regulation time after the field turned unplayable due to the heavy rains.

Medeama had taken a two-goal lead courtesy David Boison and Derrick Fordjour before two quick goals in a spate of two minutes from Silas Kyeremeh and Abdul Latif Bamba delivered an impressive comeback.

Medeama lie third in the table with 15 points while Aduana FC are rooted 16th in the table.
