Ghana has work to do before world cup but we will be ready – Andre Ayew

Ghana captain, Andre Ayew has admitted that Ghana has a lot of work to do before the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

According to the experienced Black Stars forward, he has no doubt that the national team will be ready for the tournament when November comes around.

“Alhamdulilah ?? still work to be done , but we will be ready inshallah ????⭐️ thank you all for the support,” Andre Ayew has shared in a post on Twitter.

Andre Ayew, 32, featured for Ghana in both matches against Brazil and Nicaragua in the past week.

The two pre-world cup friendlies exposed Ghana as a team not ready to compete with top teams.

The Black Stars lost the game against Brazil 3-0 before going on to beat Nicaragua 1-0.
