An international friendly between the senior national teams of Ghana and the United States has been scheduled for October 17, 2023.

On Tuesday, the U.S. Soccer Federation announced that the game against the Black Stars will be one of two high-profile friendly matches the Yanks will use during the international window in preparation for the quarterfinals of the Concacaf Nations League scheduled for the following month.

Ghana will also use the game as a preparatory platform for their campaign in the 2026 Fifa World Cup African qualifiers which begin in November.
