Ghana international, Kamaldeen Sulemana will not be in action this weekend when his Stade Rennais FC side plays in the French Ligue 1.

The forward was one of 28 players that joined the camp of the Black Stars for the friendly matches in the September international break.

In the high-profile encounter against Brazil, Kamaldeen Sulemana started the game as Ghana suffered a 3-0 defeat at the end of the 90 minutes.

At the end of the international break, the Ghana attacker returned to Stade Rennais with a slight injury.

As a result, he has been excluded from the club’s matchday squad for matchday 9 of the 2022/23 French Ligue 1.

The game between Stade Rennais and Racing Strasbourg will be played on Saturday.

While Kamaldeen Sulemana will be rooting for his team to record a win, he is hopeful of recovering in time to be back in action in the next match with his team.
