President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku, earlier in October, held a strategic  meeting with top Executives of Official Kit Partner of the Ghana Football Association, PUMA, to assess the 19-year old relationship between the GFA and the renowned Sports kit company.

The meeting saw President Simeon-Okraku discussing elements of the long-standing relationship with the PUMA team, which included Manolo Schuermann (Head of Sports Marketing) and Antanas Ackermann (Manager, Sports Marketing)

The discussions also covered the areas of youth football development, women’s football, and technical education.

Manolo Schuermann praised the thriving partnership between Ghana and Puma, reaffirming Ghana as a vital strategic partner. He emphasized PUMA’s commitment to supporting the growth of Ghanaian football at all levels.

The Ghana Football Association and PUMA have enjoyed a fruitful collaboration since 2005, when the Black Stars first qualified for the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany. This enduring partnership has yielded remarkable successes over the years and both the GFA and Puma are looking forward to many more years of success together.
