Ghana FA General Secretary Prosper Harrison Addo has watered down reports claiming jerseys for the Black Stars’ 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign had been left in Accra.
The reports, which circulated wide on social media on Tuesday, claimed the Ghana FA officer in charge of the team’s equipment had left the team’s jersey behind in Accra and the Ghanaian football governing body had made arrangements for the jerseys to be shipped to Abu Dhabi where the team is camping.
Prosper Harrison Addo, who is the General Secretary of the GFA, has taken to Twitter to rubbish the reports and stated the facts.
Please the Black Stars have no jersey issues whatsoever.
Puma SENT Black Stars equipment including match jerseys directly to Doha as per the plan.
The team are using some of these equipment at the training camp.
I continue to plead that let us allow the team focus on the task.
