Ghanaian international defender Joseph Attamah Larweh celebrated a significant milestone at Kayserispor, having played his 100th game for the club over the weekend in a challenging home defeat against Istanbulspor AS.
Despite the painful loss, Attamah showcased another outstanding performance, commanding the defense effectively and remaining on the field for the entire duration of the game.
The 29-year-old, who joined the Anatolian Stars in the summer of 2020, has been consistently impressive since his arrival, earning recognition as one of the fans’ favorites.
In the current Turkish Super Lig season, Attamah has made 20 appearances, establishing himself as a key and influential figure in Kayserispor’s defensive lineup.
The match against Istanbulspor AS marked his hundredth appearance for the club, and he was honored with a plaque and a framed jersey featuring the bold number 100 at the back before the commencement of the game.
89 of those games came in the Turkish Super League while 11 were in the Turkish Cup.
