Four Ghanaian coaches have earned places in the UEFA B Licence coaching programme run by the Football Association of Wales (FAW).

The group includes National U-15 coach Fatawu Salifu, together with Abdulai Gazale, Godwin Ashitey Attram and Winfred Dormon.

They are expected to travel to Wales for the course, which runs from January 29 to February 20, 2026.

The FAW is fully covering the cost of the trip as part of its growing collaboration with the Ghana Football Association.

This partnership is centred on improving coaching standards and creating long-term exchange opportunities between both federations.

Through the arrangement, Ghanaian coaches now have direct access to the FAW’s well-regarded training pathway.

The initiative is expected to strengthen Ghana’s coaching pool and contribute to a more sustainable football structure in the years ahead.
