Ghanaian forward Augustine Okrah has bagged a debut goal for Simba SC as they beat Geita Gold 3-0 in the Tanzanian Premier League.
It took the former Bechem United winger 36 minutes to announce himself, netting a good goal for Simba in a convincing victory over their opponents.
It becomes his first league goal for the side after completing a move from the Ghana Premier League in July.
Okrah was one of the best players in last season’s domestic league, finishing among the top goalscorers in the competition after scoring 14 goals.
Simba joins Young Africans, Ruvu Shooting and Singida SC as teams with wins on Matchday one of the Tanzanian top-flight.
