Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo was on target for AFC Bournemouth in their 2-0 away win against Everton in the English FA Cup competition

Semenyo’s outstanding performance earned him the MVP award after the game at the Goodison Park on Saturday

The Black Stars forward put the Reds and Blacks in front after converting a crucial penalty in the 23rd minute before Daniel Jebbison scored to seal the victory in two minutes to half time break.

Both teams created dangerous chances in the second department but couldn’t score, ending the next stage qualification to AFC Bournemouth.

The 25-year-old forward has been in the form of his life, been involved in 11 goals, scoring eight and provided three assists.

He is expected to keep his fine form ahead of the Black Stars game against Chad and Madagascar in March in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
