Fit Partey back in Arsenal training

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey was part of the team’s training session today at London Colney as the Gunners prepare to face Leeds United this weekend.

Partey missed the second leg of Ghana’s Afcon 2023 qualifier due to what Coach Chris Hughton referred to as a “minor injury”.

Partey arrived for the March internationals with Arsenal physiotherapist, Simon Murphy and the midfielder quickly returned to London in the aftermath of Ghana’s draw with Angola for observation by the Arsenal medical team.

The former Atletico Madrid star has been cleared and was spotted during the Gunners’ training session today as the team prepares for the visit of Leeds United on Sunday.

Arsenal sit top of the premier league with 69-points, 8 clear of Manchester City albeit having played a game more than the reigning Champions.
