The Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PFAG) has supported Ghana’s U-17 women’s team the Black Maidens with some items ahead of the final hurdle in the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifier.
Ghana plays Morocco in a two-legged encounter to determine which team qualifies for the U17 Women’s World Cup to be staged in India.
The Professional Player’s body presented assorted items to the team during their training session on Thursday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The PFAG motivated the players to beat their opponents and qualify for the World Cup.
The items were received on behalf of the team by Management member and Ghana FA Executive Council member Nana Oduro Sarfo.
The PFAG in a post said, “The PFAGofficial paid a courtesy call on the Black Maidens of Ghana ahead of the U17 World Cup qualifiers against Morocco. We interacted with the members of the technical team and playing body, and presented assorted items to further boost morale in camp”.
