Ghana’s Fatawu Issahaku delivered another standout performance, registering a decisive assist in Leicester City’s hard-fought 2–1 victory over Stoke City in the Championship on Saturday at the King Power Stadium.

The winger was lively throughout the full 90 minutes, combining his direct play with sharp creativity. His big moment arrived in the 44th minute when he split the Stoke defence with a perfectly weighted through ball for Patson Daka, who finished coolly to put Leicester 2–0 up heading into the break.

Stephy Mavididi had earlier opened the scoring in the 23rd minute after neat build-up play from Harry Winks. Stoke threatened a comeback after the restart, pulling one back through Bae Jun-Ho’s well-taken header, but the Foxes stayed composed to secure the win.

Issahaku’s contributions continue to grow this season; he has now featured in 15 league games, scoring three goals and providing four assists.

Leicester City’s next assignment is a Championship fixture against Southampton on November 25.
