Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has been named Leicester City Young Player of Year at their end of season awards which was held on Tuesday evening.
The 20 year old deservedly scooped the prize following his outstanding contributions during the period under review.
He scored seven goals and provided 13 assists in 42 appearances in all competitions.
He was pivotal as Enzo Maresca’s side claimed the 2023/24 Championship title, scoring six and setting up 13.
Fatawu is expected complete a permanent move to Leicester City after their promotion back to the top flight division.
The Ghana international joined the Foxes last summer, on a loan deal from Sporting CP included a mandatory clause of €17 million in the event of promotion.
