Fatawu Dauda praises Black Stars Coach Otto Addo for leadership quality

Goalkeepers’ trainer for the Black Stars, Fatawu Dauda, has lavished praise on head coach Otto Addo, commending his leadership approach and inclusive management style.

Dauda, who has had the privilege of working closely with Addo, described him as a “great man” who fosters teamwork, transparency, and open communication.

“Coach Addo is a true leader who values our input and involvement in the decision-making process,” Dauda told Joy Sports.

“We work together, plan together, and make collective decisions to achieve the best possible outcomes for the team. He’s a coach who inspires you to give your best and learn from him,” he added.

The team will bounce back into action for the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifier showdown in September against Angola.
