Head coach of Bechem United FC, Kobina Amissah, has attributed his side’s impressive home form in the Ghana Premier League to the unwavering support of their fans.
The Hunters have remained unbeaten at home since December 14, when they secured a narrow 1–0 victory over Techiman Eleven Wonders. Since that result, Bechem United have claimed maximum points against Swedru All Blacks, Berekum Chelsea, Bibiani Gold Stars FC, Heart of Lions FC and Young Apostles FC.
Reflecting on the strong run, Amissah highlighted the role of supporters in creating a formidable atmosphere at home.
“We are always motivated by our numerous fans who troop to the stadium. When they cheer on the players, it gingers them to fight hard to win the game. We have also adopted certain tactical approach that is different from home and different from away. That is what is doing the trick for us,” he told Bechem United TV.
While their home form has been solid, the Hunters continue to struggle on the road. The team has managed just two points from 10 away matches in the 2025/26 league season ; a stark contrast that underlines the importance of their home advantage as they push to climb the table.
