Spanish Segunda Division side Real Oviedo have set a release clause of 5 million Euros on the contract of Ghanaian attacker Samuel Obeng, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively report. 

The red-hot forward has a year left on his contract and is currently attracting interests from clubs in Spain.

Real Oviedo are in dilemma as to whether to sell the striker on let him stay till the end of his contract.

Meanwhile, GHANASoccernet.com can also report that the club is set to hand him contract extension so they don’t lose him on a free.

Samuel Obeng has been impressive in the just ended season, netting eight goals in 34 games for the Segunda side.

The former Ghana U23 forward has been one of Oviedo’s best players this season and looks set for a new adventure in the summer transfer window.

Obeng started his career at Getafe before joining Girona and later Oviedo in 2019.
