Ghana Premier League side, Medeama have abrogated the contracts of six of their players with immediate effect Kickoffghana.com can exclusively reports.
Players affected by the decision are Kingsley Adjei, Sule Musah, Zakaria Mumuni, and former Asante Kotoko and Ivorian international Amed Toure.
It is understood that the hierarchy of the two-time FA Cup Champions took the decision to clear off the aforementioned players to pave way for new signings for the upcoming season.
The contract termination of the players comes a surprise despite them finishing second on the league log of the 2021/2022 Ghana Premier league with a 56 points.
The 2022/2023 footballing season is set to kick off on September 9.
