Exclusive: Former Ghanaian U-20 star Clifford Aboagye joins Queretaro

Former Ghana U-20 Clifford Aboagye has joined Queretaro in the Mexican top-flight.

Aboagye signed two years contract from Puebla FC where he spent two seasons.

Queretaro FC currently have no point after playing their first match in the Mexican league and lost by 2-0.

The 27-year-old made only 5 appearances for Puebla in 2020-21 season and just one in the 2021-22 season – the reason that triggered his departure.

He was one of the key players for the bronze medal winning Black Satellites in the 2013 U-20 World Cup in Turkey.
