Manchester United’s new manager Erik ten Haag will be arriving at the club on Monday to begin his work.
Haag will be elaving Ajax after helping them to the Eredivisie title with the hope that he can turn the fortunes of the English giants who have struggled since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson.
According to De Telegraaf, Ajax will now embark on a brief visit to the Caribbean as part of their partnership with the Curacao tourist board but will not have ten Haag in the dugout.

“There will be a party with the [Ajax] staff, but I am not going to Curacao. I think that’s understandable. There is a lot of work to do there [at Manchester United]. That is the case with every club. A number of things still need to be organised in the staff and also in the selection. We will be working intensively on this from tomorrow (Monday),” ten Haag told Mike Verweij.
It is not yet clear if Ten Haag will be in attendance when United take on Crystal Palace in their final game of the season but the Dutchman seems to have already started drawing a plan for their upcoming campaign.
