Attacker Eric Ayiah is set to join Portuguese side, Gil Vicente, according to JoySports.
The former Black Starlets’ captain has completed his medicals and expected to sign a three year-contract with the Primeira club.
His imminent departure was triggered following difficulty in breaking into Monaco’s team since joining them in 2018.
Ayiah gained stardom five years ago after leading Ghana to victories at the Fifa U-17 World Cup in India and the Africa U-17 Cup of Nations in Gabon where he emerged second in the goal king race with four goals – Guinean Djibril Touré scored six.
