Newly-appointed General Manager of Great Olympics, Eric Alagidede, has called on supporters to rally behind the club’s fresh leadership as they aim to secure promotion back to the Ghana Premier League.
At a meeting with fans on Wednesday, Alagidede emphasized unity, describing the task ahead as a shared mission. “It’s Operation Olympics Must Return,” he declared, urging all stakeholders to pull in the same direction.
He thanked the previous management for their contributions and expressed confidence in the new setup, which includes CEO Kudjoe Fianoo, PRO Maurice Quansah, and incoming head coach Sulley Adamu.
“Oly doesn’t belong in Division One. With collective effort, we can take this club back to the top and even represent Ghana in Africa,” he said.
Olympics finished 4th in the just-ended 2024/25 Division One season, having dropped from the top tier a year earlier.
