Nations FC forward Emmanuel Annor is set to return to the club after a trial with Moldovan side FC Sheriff.
The club will continue negotiations with FC Sheriff, but Annor is expected to rejoin Nations FC and complete the season.
Reports of the deal falling through due to financial issues have been denied.
Annor, who joined Nations FC in December 2024 from Bechem United, had been with FC Sheriff since January 2026.
His return will boost Nations FC’s attacking options as they push for survival in the Ghana Premier League.
Nations FC are 9th with 27 points, with Annor scoring seven goals for the club in the 2025/2026 season.
