Former Ligue 1 campaigners Le Mans handed down a 4-2 defeat to Le Puy-en-Velay and Ghanaian defender Edwin Quarshie cemented the victory with the 4th goal for Le Mans.

Former Ghana U17 skipper Charles Boateng was an unused substitute by Avranches in their 1-2 home reverse against Orleans.
