UAE-based side Dubai City FC have formally submitted a $100,000 offer for Asante Kotoko captain Samba Ndongani O’Neil.
The Emirati club is understood to be intensifying efforts to secure the services of the highly-rated defender.
Samba joined the Porcupine Warriors in the summer of 2024 after departing Burkinabé outfit Rahimo FC.

He has featured 13 times this season and emerged as a fan favourite due to his consistency and leadership at the back.
Dubai City FC reportedly believe his versatility and composure will add much-needed stability to their defence.
Across all competitions, Samba has made 47 appearances for Kotoko, contributing three goals and one assist.
The proposed transfer also comes with lucrative personal terms for the player.
He is set to earn a monthly salary of $10,000, in addition to an $80,000 signing-on fee.
Samba’s performances this season have drawn widespread praise, with many tipping him as one of the standout centre-backs in the Ghana Premier League.
