Former Ghana Football Association (GFA) chairman Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe has thrown his weight behind embattled Black Stars coach Otto Addo amid calls for his dismissal.
This follows Ghana’s perilous position in Group F with only two points from four games.
“I will not say Otto Addo should be dismissed because that has never been the solution. He rather needs advice,” Dr. Nyaho-Tamakloe told Asempa FM.
“He will only do well based on the instructions he is given by the Ghana Football Association (GFA).”
“Otto Addo must not be sacked. Keep him and guide him.”
Ghana will regroup next month for their final Group F games against Niger and Angola.
To secure qualification for AFCON 2025, the Black Stars will need to win both matches and hope that Sudan drops points in their remaining fixtures.
