Ghanaian apparel manufacturer Dignity DTRT has once again demonstrated its commitment to women’s football by hosting the Black Queens at its Accra headquarters, following the team’s WAFCON qualifying clash with Egypt.

The visit formed part of DTRT’s ongoing two-year partnership with the national women’s team — a collaboration aimed at promoting women’s empowerment through sport.

The Queens were treated to a warm cultural reception and a round of applause from staff, as company executives celebrated their recent performances and resilience on the continental stage.

Managing Director Salma Salifu expressed pride in the team’s progress, praising their drive and discipline.

“We are thrilled to continue our support for the Black Queens,” Salma said. “Their passion, talent, and perseverance inspire us all. We pledge to continue backing them every step of the way, both on and off the pitch.”

The Ghana Football Association delegation, led by Deputy General Secretary Ama Brobey Williams, included Director of Marketing Jamil Maraby, Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence Director Winifred Mawudeku, and Security Manager Felix Bewu.

Speaking on behalf of the GFA, Mawudeku conveyed appreciation to Dignity DTRT for their continued support and encouragement.

She noted that the company’s partnership has positively impacted the Black Queens’ development and morale.

Dignity DTRT’s sustained collaboration with the women’s national team underscores its growing role in sports development and gender empowerment in Ghana.

The company remains committed to championing women in sports as the Black Queens continue their journey towards continental and global success.
