Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Udi Didi Dramani has challenged his players to be more decisive ahead of Saturday’s Ghana Premier League showdown against Nations FC.
The Phobians welcome their opponents to the Legon Sports Stadium for the week 14 fixture, with pressure mounting to deliver a positive response.
The Accra-based side are looking to rebound after a 2-0 loss to Karela United in Tamale, a result that exposed lapses at key moments.
“I think that areas where we faltered is very decisive in terms of where we need to make the right decisions, the right move, the right pass and then a better execution.
“So these areas are areas we keep emphasizing that we need to be very consistent in terms of how we need to do things and be more sustainable,” he told Hearts TV.
Hearts of Oak sit on 21 points after 13 matches, having recorded five wins, six draws and two defeats, and remain level with Asante Kotoko and Samartex in a tightly packed standings.
With Aduana FC currently leading the table on 27 points, the Phobians know that consistency at home could be key to keeping their title ambitions firmly on track.
