Hearts of Oak head coach Didi Dramani remains confident his side can stay competitive in the Ghana Premier League title race despite trailing leaders Medeama SC by eight points.
Speaking to Akoma FM, the Phobians boss described the season as a long and demanding journey, urging patience, consistency and belief from both players and supporters.
“This is a marathon league, and we remain very positive. We will continue to stay consistent and keep improving. There are still many matches to play, and anything can happen,” Dramani said.
Hearts of Oak currently sit eight points behind Medeama SC at the summit, but morale within the camp has been boosted by a convincing 3–0 victory over Eleven Wonders last weekend.
The emphatic win marked one of Hearts’ most assured performances of the season and underlined the team’s growing confidence as the campaign enters a decisive phase.
Dramani, a former Black Stars assistant coach, believes his side can close the gap if they maintain focus and build on their recent momentum.
With Hearts already out of the MTN FA Cup, full attention is now on the league, allowing the Phobians to channel all their energy into sustaining a late push in the title race.
