Ghanaian defender Abdul Mumin scored for Rayo Vallecano in their 3-3 draw against Real Madrid in Spanish La Liga.
The Black Stars center-back played a key role in helping his side secure a point against the White Angels at the Campo de Futbol de Vallecas Stadium.
Unai Lopez opened the scoring in the 4th minute before Mumin doubled the lead in the 36th minute, giving the hosts a 2-0 advantage.
Federico Valverde pulled one back for the visitors before Jude Bellingham equalized in the 45th minute, bringing the first half to a close with a draw.
In the second half, Rodrygo scored to kick-start Real Madrid’s comeback, but Isi Palazon’s goal in the 65th minute sealed the draw for the hosts on Saturday night.
Mumin has featured in 15 games, scoring two goals with one assist, helping his side move to 13th in the league standings with 20 points.
The 26-year-old defender is expected to continue his fine form to help his side maintain their La Liga status.
