Darwin Nunez welcomes Man United’s interest

Benfica striker Darwin Nunez is open to moving to the English Premier League with Manchester United.

New United boss Erik ten Hag is said to be keen on adding another striker o the team owing to the imminent departure of Edinson Cavani and Anthony Martial’s lack of form in front of goal in recent seasons.

TalkSPORT is reporting Nunez is said to be excited about the prospect of playing under the club’s new United manager Erik ten Hag. The 22-year-old wants to be part of the United rebuild and help the Red Devils re-establish their dominance in the Premier League.

He is one of the most sought-after young strikers in world football at present, on the back of a stunning season in which he has scored 34 goals in 41 appearances.

There had been reports that the player is keen on playing for a club in the Champions League but the money United will offer for his services might force him to change his mind as he aims to be the latest entrant to the Premier League.
