These are the statements made by coach Thiago Motta on the eve of his debut on the Bologna bench:
“From the tactical point of view it’s normal that a coach when arrives does something different, but I don’t have the idea of upsetting in the first week the many things well done in the past. It’s a wonderful adventure and I’m delighted to start it, I’m letting myself go and I’m trying to feel as good as I can. Medel is an experienced and versatile player with many games played at a very high level. We talk on the pitch and everyone on the pitch earns their place by doing their best for the good of the team, I see Medel very well. The careers of Medel and Arnautovic speak for them, the important thing is to always think of the present, Arnautovic is making a great start to the season and must continue and so must Medel.
