Chris Sutton has made a surprising claim regarding Tottenham and Arsenal ahead of the pair’s next meeting.
Arsenal will face Tottenham this coming Thursday in the final north London derby of the season.
It is a huge tie for both teams, with a spot in next season’s Champions League very much on the line.
Arsenal head into the game occupying that coveted 4th spot and, thanks to Spurs’ draw with Liverpool on Saturday, Mikel Arteta and co. now boast a four-point lead over their bitter rivals.
As a result, if Arsenal win on Thursday, they will secure a Champions League place for the first time since 2017.
Ahead of the game, Chris Sutton was asked about Tottenham’s attack and claimed that the trio of Heung-min Son, Harry Kane and Dejan Kulusevski leaves Arsenal’s attack for dead, adding that there is not one Gunners player he sees getting into Antonio Conte’s front-three: “I think Spurs their front line leaves Arsenal’s for dead. There’s not one Arsenal player I could see who would get in front of Kane, Son and Kulusevski.”

But whilst it is hard to argue Arsenal have any attackers currently better than Son and Kane, Bukayo Saka not being picked over Kulusevski is somewhat odd.
The Swede has shown promise during his short stint in England, but Saka is in the midst of an excellent campaign and is viewed by many as the young player of the season.
