The Black Galaxies of Ghana beat Benin 3-0 in the 2022 CHAN qualifier at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium Sunday.

Forward, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh opened the scoring for the side in the 25th minute.
The forward scored from the penalty spot after a poor defensive play from the Beninois.
Few minutes to halftime, Jonah Attuquaye also managed to put the ball into the Benin goal his strike was ruled out for offside.
The Galaxies continued their search for more goals and two more arrived.
Centre-back Mohammed Alhassan doubled the lead in 49th minute to stamp Ghana’s dominance.
Furthermore, captain of the side, Gladson Awako propelled the Black Galaxies to seal an emphatic 3-0 victory in the 80th minute mark.
