Champions Medeama SC face rejuvenated Gold Stars on Tuesday

Defending Champions Medeama SC will host Bibiani GoldStars at the Akoon Park on Tuesday. The Champions have been absent from the League since Match day 11 when they beat Nsoatreman FC 1-0 at Tarkwa.

Medeama SC currently sit 12th in the League table with 16 points, having won 2 and suffered 3 defeats in their last 5 games. The Yellows and Mauve have won 3, drawn 1, lost 1 at home – scoring 5 and conceding 3 goals in the process.

GoldStars FC occupy the 14th position in the league with 15 points, having won 1, drawn 1 and suffered 3 defeats in their last 5 games. The Miners defeated FC Samartex 3-0 last weekend to spark a resurgence under new Coach Frimpong Manso. They have accumulated 3 points, scored 1 and conceded 7 goals in the process.

Medeama SC have four outstanding games to play against Accra Great Olympics, Real Tamale United, Bofoakwa Tano and Heart of Lions.
