CAF has appointed a Burundian officiating team for Bibiani Gold Stars’ CAF Champions League preliminary-round first leg against Algeria’s JS Kabylie on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Georges Gatogato will referee the match, supported by assistants Emery Niyongabo and Olivier Nibogora, with Bertrand Manirakiza serving as fourth official. Nigeria’s Alhaji Babagana Kalli Kalli will act as Match Commissioner.

Gold Stars, making their debut in Africa’s premier club competition, will look to make home advantage count in the crucial opening leg
