The elections for the Brong Ahafo Regional Football Association (BARFA) Chairmanship position will come off on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.
The Elective Congress will start at exactly 9am at the Liberation Barracks in Sunyani.
Three Candidates are contesting for the position of RFA Chairman to lead the Brong Ahafo Regional Football Association for the next four (4) years.
Dr. Charles Osei Antoh, Meshack Asante Ameyaw and Dickson Kyere-Duah are contesting for the Chairmanship position.
The GFA Elections Committee and the three (3) Candidates have held a successful meeting to deliberate on key matters related to the elections.
It was agreed at the meeting that the GFA will confirm if the eight teams that sent petitions to be included in the delegates list actually finished the immediate past season or not.
With regards to the delegates of the Constituent Bodies, an agreement was reached between the GFA Elections Committee and the three (3) Candidates at the said meeting.
The Election of the Chairman will be followed by the Election of the representatives on the BARFA Executive Council.
