Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion are among a growing list of clubs monitoring FC Nordsjaelland midfielder Caleb Yirenkyi, as interest intensifies in one of Ghana’s brightest young talents.
The 19-year-old has been outstanding since joining the Danish club from Right to Dream in March 2024, quickly establishing himself as a key figure in midfield with his versatility, composure and intelligence on the ball.
Yirenkyi has previously been linked with Arsenal, and Brighton’s interest adds to the sense that a major move could be on the horizon. The Seagulls have a strong recruitment relationship with Nordsjaelland, having already signed Simon Adingra and Ibrahim Osman, both Right to Dream graduates.
Despite the growing attention, Yirenkyi remains tied to Nordsjaelland on a long-term deal running until summer 2030, giving the Danish side a strong negotiating position.
The midfielder has made 17 appearances this season, contributing one goal and four assists, and has also taken significant steps on the international stage, earning eight caps for Ghana.
With his rapid development and Premier League clubs circling, Yirenkyi’s rise continues to reflect the enduring influence of the Right to Dream pathway on European football.
