Ghana striker Brandon Thomas-Asante has been voted the PFA Championship Fans’ Player of the Month for October after a sensational run of form with Coventry City.
The 26-year-old netted six goals in six matches during the month, helping Coventry climb to the top of the EFL Championship table after 15 games. His clinical finishing has also propelled him to the summit of the league’s scoring charts, with ten goals so far this season.
Thomas-Asante’s sharp movement, work rate, and composure in front of goal have made him one of the division’s most feared forwards, with fans recognising his decisive impact in key moments.
The Ghana international is currently with the Black Stars squad in Japan, preparing for friendly games against Japan and South Korea as part of the national team’s build-up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
His award in England further cements his growing reputation as one of Ghana’s in-form strikers, and he will be looking to carry that momentum into the international arena.
