Italian Serie A side, Bologna are eyeing a move for Emmanuel Gyasi in January, Footballghana.com understand.

Gyasi despite failing to find the back of the net in the ongoing season has played a crucial role for the side.

The Ghana forward has so far made a total appearance of 14 for the Spezia who sit 17th on the league log with 13 points.

However, Bologna who sit on the 11th on the Serie A log with 19 points has made a move to sign the forward.

Bologna’s sporting director Marco Di Vaio watched Gyasi against Udinese and Verona and he remains convinced that the forward can aid his side.

Gyasi was named in Ghana’s 55-man provisional squad for the 2022 World Cup but could not make the final 26-man squad announced by Otto Addo on Monday.
