Ghanaian winger Bless Ege has pledged to give his all in a bid to secure a permanent move to Mexican Premier League side Querétaro FC following his loan switch from Karela United.
The enterprising attacker has joined the Liga MX outfit on a season-long loan after an impressive run of form with the Ghana Premier League club.
The move represents a rapid international step for Ege, who only joined Karela United at the start of the 2025/26 season.
“I’m very happy to join Querétaro in Mexico. I will work hard to stay at the club. As a footballer, you have to grab every opportunity that comes your way. I will give my 100 percent and make sure I stay after my loan spell,” Ege told MO TV.
Despite his short stay with the Ayinase-based side, the winger made a notable impact, scoring four goals in 15 appearances across competitions.
Ege first rose to prominence last season after inspiring Division One League side Golden Kick to a historic MTN FA Cup final, a run that established him as one of the most exciting young talents on the domestic scene.
His performances attracted interest from several top-flight clubs, including Hearts of Oak, before he eventually opted to sign for Karela United ahead of the current campaign.
Blessed with pace, direct running and a knack for delivering in decisive moments, Ege’s qualities have now earned him the opportunity to test himself on the international stage.
For Karela United, the winger’s departure so soon after his arrival is a significant development, forcing the club to readjust as the season progresses.
