Black Queens depart Accra for WAFCON qualifier reverse fixture against Namibia

The Black Queens have departed Accra for Johannesburg on Saturday, December 2, 2023 for the return fixture of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier (WAFCON) against Namibia.

Twenty-three players, Thirteen technical team members and other officials are making the journey to Pretoria via Ethiopia Airlines.

Ghana goes into this encounter with a 3-1 advantage after defeating Namibia in Accra a fortnight ago.

The game is scheduled for Tuesday December 5 at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Pretoria, South Africa.

Winner over the two tie qualifies for the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier (WAFCON) scheduled to take place in Morocco.
