Black Queens attacker Sherifatu Sumaila joins Rayo Vallecano

Ghana Black Queens forward Sherifatu Sumaila has joined Spanish outfit Rayo Vallecano Women’s Football club on a free transfer.

Sherifatu inked a two year contract with the Spanish giants ahead of the new football season.

The 25-year-old previously played with Swedish side Mallbackens IF where she scored 14 goals.

She is also a former player for USA United Women’s Soccer side, LA Galaxy Orange County.

Sherifatu is a member of the Ghana women’s national football team, the Black Queens and a former player of Ghana Women’s Premier League side Pearlpia Ladies.
