Black Queens arrive in Pretoria for Namibia qualifier

The Black Queens have safely arrived in Pretoria, South Africa for the 2nd leg of the 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations final round qualifier against Namibia.

The team departed Accra on Friday via Ethiopia Airlines and arrived in South Africa Sunday morning.

Ghana will play Namibia at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Pretoria in search of a ticket to the next edition of the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, scheduled for Morocco.

The Black Queens hold a 3-1 advantage from the 1st leg after scoring in either half through a Doris Boaduwaa brace and Captain Portia Boakye’s wonder strike.

The 2nd leg fixture will take place on Tuesday, December 5,2023.
