Ghana’s Black Galaxies secured a 2-0 victory over Togo on Wednesday in an international friendly at Stade de Kégué in Lomé.
The intriguing encounter saw Ghana strike first blood in the third minute, courtesy of Albert Amoah.
Twenty-three minutes later, Issah Yakubu doubled the lead for the Black Galaxies, sealing the win for the visitors.
The match forms part of Ghana’s preparations for the 2024 CHAN qualifiers against Nigeria.
The first leg of the qualifier is scheduled for Sunday, December 22, in Ghana, with the return fixture set for Saturday, December 28, 2024, in Nigeria.
