Bibiani Gold Stars square off with Legon Cities at DUN’s Park

Bibiani Gold Stars will battle for the points against Legon Cities at the Dun’s Park on Monday. After having a stellar start to the season, Gold Stars have dropped to 7th with one win in their last five matches and losing two and drawing two in the process.

They come up against a Legon Cities side that have huffed and puffed in this campaign having recorded only one win in their last five matches with three draws and one defeat culminating in a near fatal campaign thus far.

Legon Cities are second from bottom with 28 points – 7 points ahead of bottom placed Kotoku Royals and two points short of Nsoatreman FC who are just above the relegation zone.

The first leg encounter ended 1-0 against Legon Cities and Gold Stars will be aiming to complete the double at the Dun’s Park.

Micheal Osei’s Gold Stars have the likes of Michel Enu, Evans Owusu, Stephen Owusu Banahene, Appiah McCarthy and Yahaya Adramani available for selection whiles Legon Cities will rely on Kofi Kordzi, Alex Aso, Amos Acheampong, Michael Ampadu and Nicholas Mensah for honours.

The game which is scheduled for 3pm kick off will be broadcast live on StarTimes Adepa channel 247.
