Bechem United assistant coach Mallam Yahaya says the team is focused on taking all three points when they travel to face Basake Holy Stars in the Ghana Premier League this weekend.
The Hunters have found form recently, winning four of their last five matches, including consecutive victories over Berekum Chelsea and Bibiani Goldstars, which has lifted them to 11th on the league table.
Yahaya, speaking to Bechem United TV ahead of Matchday 19, admitted that facing Basake Holy Stars on their home ground will be a challenging task.
“Holy Stars are a good team. They are a team difficult to beat at home, but we are also determined to get a good result,” he said.
He stressed that the team’s preparation is built on consistent effort and focus.
“It’s all about hard work, and that is what we are doing. In football, if you relax, you can get punished, so we are focusing on working hard to ensure that at the end of the day, the team will get to a good place,” Yahaya added.
Bechem United will aim for a third consecutive league victory when they face the Holy Stars at the AAK II Sports Arena in Ampain on Sunday, January 18.
