Bayer Leverkusen are unwilling to sanction the sale of Jeremie Frimpong in the winter transfer window, according to Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Speaking to Caught Offside in his exclusive column, Romano confirmed that the club will not entertain any offers for their prized assert in January.
Frimpong joined Die Werkself from Celtic Glasgow for around 11 million euros in January 2021, and has a contract in Leverkusen until 2025.
A host of clubs, including Manchester United, Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund are very keen to sign the youngster from the Bundesliga club.
The 21 year old defender has been a key player for Leverkusen in the ongoing campaign scoring five goals and providing two assists in 17 competitive games.
